What are we doing?
These are some of the measures that we have put in place to protect our shoppers, businesses and employees:
All Fingerlakes Mall and individual store employees are required to wear face masks.
Every employee is screened daily prior to starting work. Any employee with a fever or cold & flu-like symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose or body aches is required to stay home.
All areas within the mall are cleaned on a regular basis, paying special attention to
frequently touched surfaces such as door handles, seating, tables and restrooms.
Hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the mall for when hand washing is unavailable.
Signage is located throughout the mall, including floor markers and flyers, to remind everyone of social distancing. Seating areas have been spread out to allow for 6 feet of distancing.

What can you do?
Your health and safety is our priority. We encourage everyone to follow these guidelines to help protect yourself and others:
Maintain a distance of 6 feet (approximately two arm lengths) from other people. Signage is located throughout the mall as a reminder.
We ask that all customers wear protective masks or face coverings. Avoid touching your mouth, nose and eyes with unwashed hands.
If you sneeze or cough, cover your nose and mouth and wash your hands as soon as possible. Thoroughly wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. When unable to wash with soap and water, please use hand sanitizing stations located throughout the mall.
Please stay home if you have a fever or cold & flu-like symptoms such as a cough, sore throat, runny nose or body aches.
