Unity House of Cayuga County, founded in 1977, is dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead their best lives. The organization offers transitional and permanent housing, respite care, and rehabilitative and employment services for those recovering from mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, and substance use disorders. Serving eight central New York counties, Unity House emphasizes person-centered support and innovation. Their mission is to foster personal fulfillment and acceptance, guided by values of honesty, integrity, and respect.
